Ah, yes. Sarah Palin’s E-Mail account hacked

While this may seem a bit funny to some, it’s not actually all that amusing, the few screen shots (Google it I’m not linking you) that have been posted really aren’t that interesting, just friends and family (a bit of Gov stuff as well). But nothing really *shocking*.  Someone however needs to inform her that ‘Yahoo’ shouldn’t be trusted with your bits.

Xine/Amarok extras non free fixed RPMS

http://fedorajunkies.com/index.php/Amarok-lib-extras-nonfree

http://fedorajunkies.com/index.php/Xine-lib-extras-nonfree

I’ve recompiled the Amarok/Xine nonfree packages from Livna to allow for installation after the Fedora key change, basically if you see this error:

xine-lib-extras-nonfree-1.1.12-1.lvn8.x86_64 from livna has depsolving problems
–> Missing Dependency: xine-lib(plugin-abi) = 1.21 is needed by package xine-lib-extras-nonfree-1.1.12-1.lvn8.x86_64 (livna)
Error: Missing Dependency: xine-lib(plugin-abi) = 1.21 is needed by package xine-lib-extras-nonfree-1.1.12-1.lvn8.x86_64 (livna)

That’s what these fix 🙂

2008 MTV VMAs

Now normally I don’t eat this crap up but, I did get pulled in to watch to see if Britney Spears would surprise people, and boy did she. The VMAs themselves were complete crap, no one knew their cue, no teleprompter worked. It was amusing to watch these celebs fumble around, especially Jamie Fox’s “Now? Ready?” comment when they came back from commercial.
